The North Texas Archeological Society (NTAS) publishes our monthly newsletter, the Benchmark, since January 2019. This newsletter was continued from our previous organization, the Tarrant County Archeological Society. All newsletters from 2019-present are found here.
The Tarrant County Archeological Society (TCAS) published the Benchmark monthly for many years. After the organization voted to change their name to NTAS, the newsletter was continued. Newsletters from 2017-2018 are available online.
Members of the Dallas Archeological Society (DAS) helped establish TCAS in 1955, and many joined the latter after DAS disbanded in 2009. The last two publications of their monthly newsletter, In Situ, are available here.
